I actually now enjoy the process of meeting new girls, and I now use tapping for all aspects in my life... This has made me feel lighter emotionally and has helped me not take things too seriously.

Before tapping I remember walking up to a group of girls in a shopping center which I wasn’t even attracted to and my heart would start pounding and I could feel fear taking over my body. When first shown the link to tapping from a friend I thought this must be total crap, because of its simplicity I discarded it and thought it would be useless. But it did spark my curiosity, so I started to use it to see if it will work.

When starting the initial tapping process for approach anxiety in my body I could literally feel the anxiety (heart pounding). When finishing the tapping process I found that when trying to relocate the same emotion of approach anxiety my heart rate had decreased. I was amazed by this but still was not convinced. So that night I went out with my friend to a club...

When I was out I felt different, I felt that I had worth and was a different person. Being so enthusiastic by this new found self belief when talking it up to my friend he said "ok if it's so good, go approach those girls over there". So I thought "F*&K it, lets do it". As I approached and started my opener my state varied only slightly and I my heart was not screaming to jump out. This was my first club approach using scripted and planned material without being under the influence of alcohol or drugs. From that moment my approach anxiety has almost being eliminated. I still feel slight discomfort opening my first set, but as soon I've said one word everything is clear and I feel control of the conversation. I actually now enjoy the process of meeting new girls. I now see every set I fail as a learning lesson and have being able to improve and not really care if I make mistakes on the field. It's now actually quite funny as I enjoy the so called "bitch shield" girls put up.

I now use tapping for all aspects in my life whenever I feel that someone said something to hurt me, ex-girlfriend issues, negative thoughts from a day at work or anything that is causing me emotional discomfort. This has made me feel lighter emotionally and has helped me not take things too seriously.

Now I feel more in control with my emotions and what used to make me angry has little affect emotionally and now see myself laughing in those situations.

I strongly recommend tapping to anyone who feels any emotional burden and especially if you have approach anxiety. I now see there are two ways of living with emotions, let them spiral you into a reality you might not like or take control of your emotional state and steer them to where you want to be.
