This EFT technique actually did it for me!

To tell the truth, I was very sceptical at the beginning, but I got intrigued when I heard about the success my friends had had.

So I decided to give it a try and spent a first two-hour-session working on my approach anxiety. I analyzed my fears and then "tapped" them away with EFT. And that night I really noticed the change: suddenly I had the balls to open even difficult sets. I approached seated sets, moving sets, mixed sets, challenges I had never ever tried before.

Hey, I still crashed and burned tons of sets and got rejected big time, but I didn't care and I just went for the next set. I still had to work on my outer game and on my delivery, but EFT actually fixed my inner game and gave me the necessary confidence to go for it.

I did another EFT session on isolating the target and kino escalation - two sticking points I had been working on for a long time - and again I could observe the results the same day: suddenly touching and teasing my target seemed much easier, I even went for a k-close that same night.
